If he has eaten small portions, he could be set for a rough couple of days and the situation should improve in a couple of days, and the dog will excrete this on his own.

You should give him ample water to soothe down the spiciness. Any bland food like boiled chicken or rice will also aid.

In case he has eaten more than one Jalapenos pepper, he may have symptoms like diarrhea or vomiting. They normally subside by themselves but it would be good to take medical advise in this case.
